Der meist verkaufte Mischer aus unserer Produktpalette wurde 1986 erstmals produziert und seitdem ständig verbessert. Nun wurde der EL3 erstmals komplett überarbeitet und ist nun unter dem Namen EL3-pm erhältlich. Der neu entwickelte Schaltschrank mit Folientastatur bietet eine grössere Bedienfreundlichkeit. Eine Computerschnittstelle zur Prozessaufzeichnung ist standardmässig. Auch die Temperaturund Drucksteuerung ist bereits integriert. Der Mischer EL3-pm selbst wurde bezüglich Druckfestigkeit verbessert. Der Homogenisatormotor ist durch die Fremdbelüftung und die Drehstromspeisung kleiner und leiser. Der überarbeitete Deckel entspricht den GMP-Anforderungen und lässt sich durch eine optimierte Anordnung der Anschlüsse besser an die individuellen Kundenbedürfnisse anpassen. Nicht verändert hingegen hat sich das breite Anwendungsfeld des Mischers (Labor & Produktion), das optimale Mischergebnis und die einfache Reinigung des Mischers.
